Pottery Workshop – Create Your Unique Ceramic Pieces
Have you always wanted to try pottery? This beginner-friendly workshop is the perfect introduction! In a relaxed and creative atmosphere, you’ll learn to shape your own ceramics on the pottery wheel. Guided by our experienced instructor, you’ll work with high-quality stoneware clay to create unique, functional pieces.
What to expect:
- Learn wheel-throwing techniques to craft bowls, cups, or planters.
- Add your own artistic flair to create a one-of-a-kind piece.
- Select one of our core glaze colors to finish your creations.
- Glazing and firing will be done by Atelier van de Ven.
Workshop details:
- Date: January 4th.
- Time: 10 AM – 1 PM.
- Price: €95 (materials and drinks included).
- Location: Atelier van de Ven – Oudedijk 7, 3062AB Rotterdam.
- Maximum participants: 5 people (for personalized guidance).
- Pickup: 5–8 weeks after the workshop (you will be notified via email).
What to bring:
- Comfortable clothes that can get dirty (we provide lab coats).
- Short nails are recommended for easier handling of the clay.
- Remove jewelry, rings, watches, or long necklaces to avoid damage.
